  The Board of Directors would  like to welcome you to the neighborhood.  We hope you find it to be a friendly and wonderful place for you and your family to live or vacation.  On this website you will  find the emails of the board members.  Feel free to contact them with any questions or suggestions you might  have. It is also important that you notify us with your current or new  contact information on the "Contact Us" page. This information will not be distributed but will be used for association correspondence and emergencies only.

     The Association has an Architectural Review Committee and we ask that you contact a member of this committee prior to  building, doing exterior remodeling and before any major landscaping or  renovations to your property.  Your plans and diagrams my be emailed to the ARC@marinamarinhoa.com.   We want our neighborhood to maintain the aesthetic appearance we have developed and this process with ensure the value of our neighborhood

  Under the "HOA Information" page you will find copies of the Associations Covenants and Bylaws. Please take time to download and print or review them on line and refer to these as needed.

      The HOA Board will be conducting as much association business as possible by email and via the website.  Please check your Owners page often for updates on events and news. Dues and correspondence can be sent to Marina Marin Home Owners Association at 11 Marin Parkway, Dadeville, AL  36853. Request for information may be submitted on the website at the "Contact Us" page.
